Welcome to The Meraki Mystic. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a session, you ("You" "the client," "visitor," "subscriber," or "reader") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full. The Meraki Mystics ( “we,” “our,” “us,” “the business,” or “the Company”) may also refer to these as “Terms of Use.” Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Introduction
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, subscribing to our services, or checking the box “I agree to the terms and conditions” on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Scope
TheMerakiMystic.com provides mediumship sessions, energy healing treatments and mentorship programs, classes, and related services. These offerings are facilitated by qualified practitioners and are intended solely for personal insight and spiritual exploration.
2.2 No Guarantees
Mediumship is a spiritual and intuitive practice. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, messages, or experiences. All services are provided for personal growth opportunities and entertainment purposes only.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Window
Sessions can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance. Bookings must be completed at least 24 hours before the session start time.
3.2 Cancellations
Cancellations ( at no charge) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time via our online booking system. Refunds are not provided, but a one-time reschedule is permitted.
3.3 Rescheduling: If you must cancel and it is under 24 hours before our session please contact me ASAP and I will rebook you for another time. If a No shows will not be refunded.
3.4 Waitlist
If sessions or classes are fully booked, clients may join a waitlist. If a space opens, it will be held for 6 hours.
3.5 Group Bookings
Each booking is valid for one participant only, unless otherwise specified.
3.6 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is processed.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when engaging with our services.
4.2 Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if the client’s language or behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or threatening. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
5. Confidentiality and Recordings
5.1 Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
5.2 Recording of Sessions
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, training, or promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge and consent to this. With your explicit written or verbal consent, we may use session recordings (in whole or part) on our website, social media (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), podcasts, or other platforms.
We will make reasonable efforts to anonymize identifying details unless you agree to be named. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to: themerakimystic@gmail.com.
All session recordings (audio or video) provided to the client are for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or published in any form, including (but not limited to) on social media or websites, without prior written consent from The Meraki Mystic. Consent can be requested via our website contact form.
If a client shares the recording or allows someone else to share it without our consent, the client will be held responsible for any legal or reputational consequences that arise. Unauthorized sharing of the client’s recording by others will also result in the client being liable for any issues or claims that may arise. Legal action and refusal of future services may be taken for any violation of this policy.
6. Liability
6.1 No Professional Advice
Mediumship is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or any professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on your session.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
The Meraki Mystic and its affiliates are not liable for any emotional, mental, or spiritual effects arising from the session. We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Code of Conduct
All interactions must be respectful. We reserve the right to end a session immediately if the client displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. The session will be considered completed, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, internet outages, or platform failures. Affected sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
9. Content Use and Intellectual Property
9.1 Content Usage
You may share individual pages or non-commercial excerpts from our website, provided you include proper attribution and a link to themerakimystic.com. You may not copy, duplicate, or republish our content for commercial use without written permission. Contact themerakimystic@gmail.com for usage requests.
9.2 Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, is the property of The Meraki Mystic or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Testimonials
10.1 Submission and Truthfulness
By submitting a testimonial, whether written, audio, or video, you affirm it reflects your honest personal experience.
10.2 Rights and Usage
You grant The Meraki Mysitic the right to use your testimonial—including your name, likeness, image, voice, and comments—for promotional purposes across digital and print media. We may edit the content for grammar, clarity, or length without altering its intent. You will not receive compensation.
10.3 Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw consent for testimonial use at any time by writing to me on my contact form. However, materials already published may remain in circulation.
10.4 Indemnification
You release The Meraki Mystic from liability related to the use of your testimonial, including claims involving privacy, publicity, or defamation.
