Maintaining chakra alignment will preserve your mind body and soul for optimum health. This will allow you to move focus throughout your everyday busy life that will have you feeling more clear, focused, centered. I Work on the heart chakra for a little longer that Will invite more energy of pure love into your body, with clarity and more energy and balance. I use crystals, a pendulum, tuning forks and light language to align, balance and cleanse your chakras removing any blockages and misalignments to your energy system. When your energy system is blocked or misaligned it loses functionality and you start to experience imbalances in your life. By maintaining an open pathway, you have better health on all Levels of your being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in all dimensions. Good activities to do and continue doing are walking, nature hike, mindfulness meditations, raising your vibration, high frequency sounds, this will harmonize the mind, body and spirit. This is a remote session.
