What is Emotion Code They are emotions that are trapped causing challenges in your life. Trapped emotions within your body can affect your overall physical, mental, and emotional feelings. Through a lifetime of emotional build up, you feel tuck in a situation without knowing how to be strong enough to move on! Releasing emotions trapped in your chakras will make your heart feel lighter and the moving sand under your feet turn into solid ground. MAGNETIC ENERGY WORK Magnets are used to release Trapped Emotions that could be contributing to ailments. If you are experiencing physical or emotional symptoms or both -there may be “stuck” emotions or energetic blocks in the body and subconscious mind. I also bring through my light Language in each session. These are just one of many healing energy tools used in this work. Magnets may also increase blood flow, improve flexibility, build muscle strength, and relax and lengthen the body's muscles and soft tissues. As outlined in The Emotion Code, magnetic healing is typically implemented after identifying trapped emotions, and a practitioner passes a magnet over the Governing Meridian on the patient's body three times, or 10 depending on emotion. When combined with the balancing intentions of the energy healing practitioner, this increases magnetic energy movement in the body and can help to release and transform the trapped emotional energy.
